LA TABERNA MATAHAMBRE EXPLOTA Y DESPIDE A SUS TRABAJADORXS

La empresa FORTUNE FOODS, S.L., perteneciente al franquiciado TABERNA MATAHAMBRE, lleva a cabo con sus trabajadorxs una serie de irregularidades laborales que han salido a la luz tras la denuncia de un trabajador, que hoy, y por el simple hecho de reclamar sus derechos laborales, ha sido despedido.

Ya sabemos cómo funciona el sector de la hostelería: muchas horas de trabajo, turnos inapropiados, horas extraordinarias que no se abonan, días de descanso que no se disfrutan, días festivos que se trabajan y no se compensan, nóminas que no se abonan en tiempo y forma, etc. Todas ellas en su conjunto han sido puestas en conocimiento de la Inspección de Trabajo tras la denuncia.

Nuestro compañero manifestó su repulsa a todas las actuaciones que reciben de los dueños de este establecimiento situado en Los Boliches, localidad de Fuengirola, y reclamó unas condiciones laborales dignas y conforme a ley: fue despedido tras negarse a firmar una nómina no cobrada.

Este acto de represalia que ha realizado la empresa con nuestro compañero no va a quedar impune pues vamos a hacer públicas ante todas las tabernas del franquiciado y sus clientxs las barbaridades laborales que aquí se comenten con los trabajadorxs.
Todo despido tiene su respuesta y desde CNT vamos a luchar, informar, reclamar y actuar para que nuestro compañero vuelva a ocupar el lugar que le corresponde en la empresa y pueda disfrutar de todos aquellos derechos laborales que en su día fueron objeto de denuncia.

TABERNA MATAHAMBRE-FUENGIROLA CHASES AND DISMISSED AN EMPLOYEE BY THE FACT HE DEMANDS ITS SALARY.

The company FORTUNE FOODS, S. L. belonging to the franchise TABERNA MATAHAMBRE carries out with its workpeople a series of labor aberrations that are putting in question the name of the franchise.

We all know how the catering industry works, many hours of work, inappropriate work shifts, overtime hours not paid, days off not enjoyed, employees working in holidays and not compensated, payrolls not paid in form and time. All this has been denounced to the Labour Inspectorate and as a result one of the employees has been dismissed.

Our colleague voiced his opposition to the behaviour of bar owners, which is located in Los Boliches, Fuengirola. The worker, that demanded legal and decent working conditions, was dismissed for not agreeing to sign a not-paid payroll.

This act of retaliation made by the company to our colleague will not remain unpunished, and we’ll take care of informing all taverns franchisee and their customers from all labor atrocities that are occurring with their workers.

Any dismissal has its answer and from CNT we are going to fight, report, protest and act so that our partner again occupies the place that corresponds to him in the company and could enjoy all that labor law that in due time was an object of denunciation just as the rest of its partners that are currently being benefited at the cost of one of them; and everything for claiming what him belongs.
